摘要

Abstract

DLC(Diamond-like carbon)films have good tribological properties. But the tribological properties of DLC films depend upon deposition technique,chemical state and physical state of the surface. Therefore, the current research on further improving the tribological properties of DLC films is a hotspot. The infection factors of the tribological properties of DLC films were reported. The influencing mechanisms of these factors were also analyzed to find out some laws to provoide reference for application of DLC in different field.
