腹腔镜辅助进展期远端胃癌根治术近期疗效分析
Short-term effect of laparoscopy-assisted radical distal gastrectomy for advanced stomach carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility, methodology and effect of laparoscopy-assisted radical distal gastrectomy. Methods We retrospectively assessed 45 cases treated by LADG and compared to 52 contemporaneous cases(group DG)treated by open distal gastrectomy from 2009 to 2010 year. Results Operation time (min) in the two groups was similar (172.2 ±53.1 min vs 162.2 ±54.2 min,P ＞0.05 ) ,mean blood loss in group DG was significantly higher that in the group LADG( 182.2 ± 163.3ml vs 382.2 ± 203.4, P ＜ 0.05 ). The number of harvested lymph nodes in each group was similar (28.4 ± 16.1 vs 30.1 ± 17.2, P ＞ 0.05 ). There was no mortality in either group. Conclusion Laparoscopy-assisted radical distal gastrectomy is safe and practicable, which is similar to the open gastrectomy.关键词
