捷安肽素固定化细胞分批发酵过程动力学分析
Batch Fermentation Kinetic Analysis of Jiean-Peptide Production by Immobilized Cells

Abstract
Using Sigmoid model the unstructured kinetics of Jiean-peptide (JAA) batch fermentation process in 5 L bioreactor by immobilized bacillus subtilis cells was investigated, and the specific rates of cell growth and JAA formation, glucose consumption and total nitrogen consumption were analyzed and calculated. The results show that the Sigmoid model can match well with the JAA batch fermentation process in 5 L bioreactor by immobilized bacillus subtilis cells, and the squares of correlation corresponding to Sigmoid model exceed 0.971. The maximum specific rates of cell growth, JAA formation, glucose consumption and total nitrogen consumption are 0.411, 0.001, 0.771 and 0.043 h-1, respectively. The maximum yields coefficient of cell and JAA from glucose is 2.1 and 0.029 g·g-1, respectively, and the maximum yields coefficient of cell and JAA from total nitrogen is 51 and 3.4 g.g-1, respectively. The relation between the cell growth and JAA formation is a relation combining growth-associated and nongraoth-associated processes.关键词
