导叶式旋流器内油滴运动迁移规律的数值模拟
Movement Simulation of the Oil Droplets Migration in the Vane-Guided Hydrocyclone

Abstract
The moving rules of oil droplets in vane-guided hydrocyclone were obtained by using DPM method to simulate their moving trajectories and characteristics. Based on the analysis of separation probability for oil droplet clusters, the mathematical model for grade efficiency of oil droplets was proposed. Furthermore, the oil droplet radius variation caused by combination of coalescence and breakup effects was studied. The results show that there are three kinds of oil droplet trajectories in the vane-guided hydrocyclone, respectively; the flow from short-circuit flow, the flow from inner vortex flow via overflow tube and the flow from outer vortex via underflow tube .The cut size of oil droplet for the separation in hydrocyclone is 27.43 μm, and the breakup effect is enhanced and the coalescence effect is weakened with the increase of oil droplet's size. Based on the R-R distribution of entrance granularity, the simulation results of total separation efficiency have good coincidence with the experimental results.关键词
