Abstract
Objective: Through 86 cases with pelvic organ prolapse ( POP ) who have been treated with low frequency electric stimulation biofeedback combined with family recovery machine, to evaluate the efficacy of this nonoperative therapy. Method: We chosed 86 cases with pelvic organ prolapse who have been treated in department of gynaecology and obstetrics in Shenzhen Hosipital of Peking University with low frequency electric stimulation biofeedback combined with family recovery machine between June 2008 to June 2010, and compared the curative effect between mild、 moderate and serious patients after treatment. Result:The recovery rate for patients of mild pelvic organ prolapse was 9.52％ ,and the effect rate was 90.48％;63.16％ in moderate, no cured; 1 of 4 serious patients was effective. All patients between whole therapeutic process showed no obvious complications. Conclusion: The treatment of low frequency electric stimulation biofeedback combined with family recovery machine is safety and feasible, and have a remarkable curative effect to mild-to-moderate pelvic organ prolapse patients , but to serious patients is poor.关键词
