多层螺旋CT在腹部闭合性外伤中的诊断价值

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice CT on abdomen closed injury.Method: The 30 cases with abdomen closed injury were received the scanning of multislice CT, and the image characteristic and diagnostic value were summarized. Result: The 30 cases with abdomen closed injury were all certified by multislice CT. And there were 3 cases with simple spleen injury, 4 cases with simple liver injury,4 cases with simple kidney injury,5 cases with simple pancreatic injury,3 cases with traumatic diaphragmatic hernia ,3 cases with intestinal canal and mesentery injury ,8 cases with multiple organs complex injury. And there were 13 cases received the expectant treatment and 17 cases with operation, and all of them were healing clinically. Conclusion: The diagnostic value of multislice CT on abdomen closed injury is obvious, so they are worth being used.关键词
