胆道手术中大出血的原因及处理

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the reason and management for intraoperative hemorrhage. Method: The clinical data of 12 patients with intraoperative hemorrhage from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2010 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Result: The reason for intraoperative hemorrhage included: iatrogenic biliary injuries for 5 cases (41.7％ ), cholelithiasis complicated biliary infection for 3 cases (25.0％ ), biliary calculi 3 cases ( 25.0％ ) and hepatophyma 1 cases ( 8.3％ ). All of the 12 patients were treated and the hemorrhage was controlled successfully. Conclusion: The reasonable treatment of intraoperative hemorrhage should be based on the concrete bleeding etiologies.关键词
