摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relations ambulatory blood pressure and continuous ECG monitoring of patients with renal hypertension. Method: 53 patients with renal hypertension and 53 patients with essential hypertension, compared to ambulatory blood pressure and continuous ECG monitoring then analysed the relationship between blood pressure and electrocardiogram. Result: Arrhythmia in the observation group was 49 cases, ST-T segment depression was 23 cases, arrhythmia and ST-T segment depression were higher incidence (P＜0.05), night time systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were higher than the control group (P＜0.05), ST-T segment in patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure was negative correlation, arrhythmias and systolic and diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated. Conclusion: Patients with renal hypertension circadian blood pressure regulation dysfunction, it is correlated in ECG changes and blood pressure values.关键词
