Design of Drive Control System for Ultrasonic Magnetic Composite Motor Using Field Programmable Gata Array

Abstract
Drive control system for ultrasonic magnetic composite motor using FPGA was designed. FPGA was adopted to emit two-way high-frequency sinusoidal voltage signals whose frequency and phase difference were adjustable. The sinusoidal voltage was used to drive ultrasonic motor after filtering and amplifying. The FPGA was adopted to emit three-way square wave voltage signals whose frequency and phase sequence were adjustable. The square voltage was used to drive stepping motor after power amplifying. The driving signals of ultrasonic magnetic composite motor were integrated in FPGA and single chip processor was used to support FPGA. The drive control system had features of high precision, efficiency, better maintainability. It was conduced to miniaturization and integration design of ultrasonic magnetic composite system and it has broad prospect in application.关键词
