摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the associated risk factors of postoperative anastomotic leakage in colorectal cancer.Method Clinical data of 1 256 patients of colorectal cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 88 cases(7.0％ ) suffered from the anastomotic leakage in all 1 256 cases.Anastomotic leakage was significantly correlated with the gender, age, diabetes, low seralbumin concentration, the operation time, the operators, the bowel preparation, the tumor location and the tumor staging.Conclusions It is obvious of the correlations between the postoperative anastomotic leakage of colorectal cancer and the multiple dangerous factors.And it is crucial of the precaution for the anastomotic leakages.关键词
