Relationship Between Power Transformer Oil-paper Insulation Reliability and Aging Characteristic Parameters

Abstract
Studying the relationship between the oil-paper insulation reliability of transformer and aging characteristics parameters can help accurately determine the reliability level of power transformer, and can help ensure the safe and stable operation of power transformer. We designed and carried out oil-paper insulation reliability tests, and employed the maximum likelihood parameter estimation method to calculate the parameters of Weibull distribution model. Moreover, we provided the linear fitting curves between various characteristic parameters values and oil-paper insulation reliability under different life stages. The results of reliability test show that the degree of polymerization, furfural content, oil breakdown voltage, and total hydrocarbon content can reflect the oil-paper insulation reliability level very well, providing a technical support for the characteristic parameter determination of the transformer reliability assessment.关键词
