SF6 Gas Decomposition Components IR Denoising and Background Deduction

Abstract
According to the characteristic of the background signal in low-frequency belt of SF6 gas decomposition components spectrogram, we put forward an algorithm to deduct background signal in IR spectral signals of SF6 gas decomposition components based on wavelet multi-resolution analysis. Firstly, we de-noise the wavelet in the original spectrogram; then, we deduct the background signal by analyzing wavelet multi-resolution and revising the spike based on the first derivative characteristics of Gaussian function; finally, we obtain the IR spectral signals with background signal deducted. The de-noising results of SO2 F2 simulative infrared spectra and SO2 true infrared spectra reveal that the algorithm can effectively solve the noise and background interference problems exiting in analyzing the SF6 gas decomposition components by infrared spectroscopic and is favorable for improving the precision of quantitative analysis.关键词
