双环戊二烯苯酚树脂的合成新工艺
New Synthetic Process of Dicyclopentadiene Phenol Resin
摘要
Abstract
Dicyclopentadiene phenol resin ( DPR) was prepared from dicyclopentadiene and phenol with methane sulfonic acid as the catalyst. The optimum conditions for the synthesis were as follows; n (phenol)/ n(DCPD) =5; w( catalyst) =1.5%; temperature = 120 ℃; time =5 h; yield =89%. The light yellow dicyclopentadiene phenol resin was obtained by the decolouring of catalytic-hydrogenation. The optimal conditions for the decolorization were as follows; hydrogen pressure = 1. 5 MPa, w ( Pd/Al2 O3) = 0. 5% , temperature = 80 ℃, yield = 89%. FT-IR and1 H NMR analysis identified the desired product. The product properties reached the international quality standards.关键词
