双查尔酮Rhuschalcone Ⅰ的合成
The Synthesis of Bichalcone Rhuschalcone Ⅰ

Abstract
Rhuschalcone Ⅰ was adopted to two synthetic fragments, compound 8 and compound 10, then the two fragments were combined together. Rhuschalcone I were first synthesized by selective methylation, iodination, methoxymethylation, aldol condensation, Ullmann reaction, deprotection from m-dihydroxybenzene and P-hydroxybenzaldehyde. The chemical structures of the key intermediate and the final target product were verified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI-MS.关键词
