摘要

Abstract

The design of the first "300 MW circulating fluidized bed ( CFB ) boiler + limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system" in the world was introduced. The operating parameters of the CFB boiler and FGD system were analyzed. Practice showed that deep desulphurization of CFB boiler has higher SO2 remove efficiency compared with traditional inner desulphurization mode,which can meet more and more rigid environmental protection emission standard,is suitable to more fuels, and has lower cost of limestone. Deep desulphurization (deNOx)of CFB boiler can also realize the high-efficiency and high temperature CFB boiler, whose target is not inner desulphurization and low NOx emission, and can benefit to use inferior, high sulfur content fuels. Research of deep desulphurization (deNOx) should be a developing direction for large capacity CFB boiler.
