壶腹周围癌45例诊治的临床分析

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment for periampullar carcinoma. Methods:Clinical data of 45 patients with carcinoma of periampullar in our hospital during the last 11 years were reviewed retrospectively. Results:The main clinical symptoms of the 45 cases were obstructive jaundice, epigastric discomfort and pain. The main imagic characteristics were pancreatic-head and ampullary masses, dilations of biliary and pancreatic duct. Endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatogrophy (ERCP) signed direct or indirect signs and characteristic manifestations. 29 cases for duodenopancreatectomy, 3 for duodenum tumor local excision, 4 for cholecystojejunostomy, 4 for choledochjejunalostomy,one for cholecystoduodenostomy and 4 for gastrojejunostomy. Conclusions: It is important to pay great attention to the unspecific symptoms of the epigastrium and combined adoption of the current advanced imaging methods could result in increasing early diagnosis. Pancreaticoduodenectomy remains to be the most effective intervention for periampullar carcinoma.关键词
