摘要
Abstract
Colon slow transit constipation is a stubborn disease.Since preoperative evaluation significantly affects the prognosis, there is still controversy on surgical therapy.When surgery is indicated, safety, efficacy and minimal invasion should be considered comprehensively.Maximal preservation of functional colon and reduction of complication is considered as the research interest of surgery treatment.This review summarizes the preoperative evaluation, and surgical types, efficacy and difficulties of surgical therapy for colon sbw transit constipation.关键词
