皱叶酸模染色体数目及核型分析
Karyotype Analysis of Chromosome on Rumex crispus L.
摘要
Abstract
The karyotype analysis of Rumex crispus L. was studied by conventional pressed slice method. The results were as follows:The chromosomal number of R. crispus was 2 n= 60 where one satellite was found in the third chromosome. The karyotype was belonged to “2B” and was formulated as K(2n) = 2X= 2m(2SAT) +48m+ 10sm, the asymmetry index was 59.86％. The relative length coefficient IRL=1L + 9M2 + 19M1 + 1S. Detailed analysis displayed that R.crispusL. belongs to primitive type.关键词
