马钱子对雏鸡血液生理生化指标的影响
Effects of Semen strychni on the Physiological and Biochemical Index of Blood in Chickens

Abstract
To select the appropriate additives to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical production,effects of strychnos on physiological and biochemical indices of chicken blood were studied in this paper. A total of 120 20-day-old chickens were randomly divided into four groups,four treatment groups fed with 1％,0. 2％, 0. 01％, or 0. 005％ strychnos and one control group fed with normal diet for the time period of 30 days. Chickens of each group were slaughtered at 14,21 ,and 30 days post-treatment. Physiological and biochemical indices of chicken blood were analyzed using automatic biochemical analyzer and cell analyzer. The results showed that AST and ALT of 1％ dose group was higher,but IgG obviously decreased. Cholesterol and triglycerides of the 0.01％ does group were highest and at the end of the experiments, IgG increased to (469.17 ±31.66) mg/L. No change of AST and ALT were observed. The results indicated that addition of 0.01％ strychnos enhanced the body's metabolism and humoral immunity.关键词
