摘要
Abstract
After the occurrence of emergency, the communication and interactivity between the emergency agencies become the key influence on the emergency management. Because the systems used by the emergency agencies are different in communication interface, frequency range, protocol and standard, the communication and interactivity between the agencies are frequently interrupted, and effectivity of the disaster relief are reduced. Based on the research of the current emergency communication in USA, the origin and the development af emergency communication are introduced, and the ongoing research projects of the emergenc y communication interactivity in USA are also elaborated , from which the reference model and experience are expected to be concluded for china's projects of communication interactivity, especially between the emergency agencies.关键词
