摘要

Abstract

With existing drying device in gravure press, the air velocity of the air nozzles can not meet the processing requirement ,which leads to get insufficient drying and lower the printing speed.In fact,the drying efficiency has become a key factor in restricting the printing speed of gravure printing.The paper simulated the fluid state of heat air inner the air nozzles through calculation fluid dynamics, and from construction designs, found out the main factors, which influence the heat-air speed, thus provided the theory basis to optimal improvement the drying device as well as solved the blindness in processing design.The simulative, calculation shows that the existing two turbulent flow areas affect the velocity of the air nozzles; and in this position, the air pressure and velocity are uneven with inverse proportion.These analyse will play an important role in gravure printing machine design.[Ch,8 fig.13 ref.]
