红掌组培苗遗传变异的RAPD检测技术研究

摘要
Abstract
The research was to detect the genetic variation in A nthurium andraeanum. One hundred tissue culturing seedlings of Pink Champion variety sub - cultured 6 times were selected randomly for RAPD analyses. Seven of 50 random primers were used in this study for its stabilized amplification. Forty- eight clear bands were amplified from the samples mentioned above and 1 sample varied in the bands. So the genetic variation rate of the samples was 1％. The research results would provide rapid, economical and accurate detection of genetic variation for industrial seedling in A nthurium andraeanum.关键词
