山梨酸锌/天然橡胶复合材料动态粘弹性的研究

Abstract
The effects of zinc disorbate, formed by in-sim reaction of ZnO and sorbic acid (SA), on the networks and viscoelastic properties of natural rubber composite were investigated using rubber process analysis (RPA). The elastic modulus, viscous modulus and tangent of loss angle of compound increased as strain increased. By increasing the loading level of ZnO/SA, the initial elastic modulus, viscous modulus and tangent of loss angle increased to form strong filler-to-filler networks, indicating a significant Payne effect. The elastic modulus of vulcanization decreased as the strain increased, but increased with the increase of ZnO/SA loading level. The viscous modulus of vulcanization decreased rapidly after a slight increase as the strain increased and responsed to strain significantly with the increase of ZnO/SA loading level. The elastic and viscous module of both the compound and vulcanization increased by increasing the sweeping frequency and ZnO/SA lowding level. The tangent loss angle of vulcanizate decreased with sweeping frequency, but increased with ZnO/SA.关键词
