响应曲面分析法优化葡萄籽原花青素提取工艺的研究
Optimization for Extraction of Proanthocyanidins from Grape Seeds Using Response Surface Method

Abstract
The extraction technology of proanthocyanidins from grape seeds was studied using response Surface Method(RSM), and acetone concentration, solid-liquid ratio, temperature and time were selected as experimental the factors. Based on the analysis of significance and interaction among different factors, the optimal condition of extraction technology was obtained as followed: acetone concentration was 75%, solid-liquid ratio was 1:10, time was 44 rain and temperature was 51 C, and the predicted value and measured value of proanthocyanidins yield was 2.90% and 2.88%, and the purity was 55.92%.关键词
