A BUSINESS FLOW ORIENTED ENTERPRISE KNOWLEDGE CLASSIFICATION METHOD

Abstract
Knowledge classification is a key issue in establishing an enterprise knowledge base. Business flow oriented knowledge classification method can best realise the integration of the knowledge management and the business process system. It is a knowledge application oriented knowledge classification method. Meta-knowledge is taken to build the enterprise knowledge pattern aggregation while the enterprise business flow is also expressed with meta-knowledge to form a flow knowledge pattern aggregation. After that a pattern matching algorithm is utilised to search for knowledge related to the flow so that enterprise knowledge can be classified. Experiment proves the method is highly operative. On the one hand the knowledge classification method is able to guarantee the accuracy of enterprise meta-knowledge, on the other hand it can well satisfy real application needs.关键词
