摘要

Abstract

In this paper, corn stalk, which was pretreated by biopretreatment, was used for SSF with mixed bacteria. The content of ethanol was measured by spectrophotometry, after analysis on the fermentation time, the fermentation temperature, the proportion of inoculation and the amount of cellulase separately, the fermentation conditions was optimized by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum technical condition was as follows: the temperature was 36 ℃,the fermentation time was 96 h, the proportion of inoculation was 1:1, the amount of cellulase was 40 IU/g and the yield of ethanol was 12.03%.
