摘要

Abstract

The response of enzyme activities in the soil after continuous cropping of flue-cured tobacco, brought about by microbial agents, including microbe-manure, Glomus mosseae, Glomus etunicatum and Glomus intraradices, was studied with pot experiments.The results showed that: 1) The urease, phosphatase, invertase and catalase activities of microbe-manure, Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices treatments, the urease and phosphatase activities of Glomus etunicatum treatment , and the urease , invertase and catalaseactivities of the control displayed the same double-peak profiles throughout the growth Mage of tobacco plants, and the two peaks appeared respectively at 65d and 98d after transplanting.2) Comparing with the control, the activities of the mentioned enzymes in the soil were increased by microbe-manure, Glomus mosseae and Glomus etunicatum treatments to different extents, and only the activities of urease, phosphatase and catalase were obviously improved by Glomus intraradices treatment.The comprehensive evaluation in point of enzyme activities indicated that microbe-manure and Glomus mosseae were better, followed by Glomus etunicatum and Glomus intraradices.3 ) The correlation analysis showed that there were extremely significantly positive correlations between invertase and phosphatase, catalase and urease, urease significantly positively correlated with phosphatase and invertase.It means that mutual promotion exists among the enzymes when enzymatic reaction occurring.
