不同套袋处理对翠冠梨果实品质的影响
Effects of bagging treatments on fruit quality of Cuiguan pear variety

Abstract
The pear variety Cuiguan was used as a test material, and effects of different bagging treatments on the fruit quality and appearance were studied.The results showed that bagging decreased the mean fruit weight (except one-time bagging with white bag)and the soluble solids content, and changed the fruit firmness.Bagging also improved the fruit surface brightness, and there were significant differences in carpodermis color between different bagging treatments.The carpodermis showed green when the fruit was bagged with white bag,white when bagged with black bag,and visible fruit rust and dull color when not bagged(CK).Bagging with black bag increased the carpodermis thickness,and bagging with white bag at the early stage made the carpodermis thin.Bagging increased the fruit dot density and decreased the fruit dot diameter.Compared with the fruit bagged with black bag,that bagged with white bag was higher in soluble solids content, smaller in fruit firmness, lower in fruit surface brightness and larger in fruit dot diameter,and had somewhat heavier green and yellow in fruit color under the same bagging period.The fruit bagged later had higher soluble solids content, smaller fruit dot density, larger fruit dot diameter, and somewhat heavier green in carpodermis color.Compared with the fruit bagged twice in the same period,that bagged once had higher soluble solids content, lower fruit surface brightness, lighter green color, smaller fruit dot density, and larger fruit dot diameter.Bagging twice at the early stage could effectively decrease the fruit dot diameter and improve the fruit appearance.关键词
