Culture responses of anthers from superior keng rice cultivars to low temperature and hormone treatments
摘要
Abstract
Three superior keng rice cultivars were used as test materials and the effects of 3 low temperature pretreatments and 9 hormone treatments on in vitro culture of the anthers were investigated.The results showed that the responses of the tested anthers to low temperature pretreatments were significantly different and also there was a certain difference between the responses of the tested anthers to hormone treatments.关键词
