摘要

Abstract

Constructing non-pressure tunnel with larger cross section in Quaternary weakly-cemented stratum is rare in China. The diversion tunnel of Manas River I Hydropower Station is constructed in the Quaternary conglomerate (Q1) in Xinjiang. The investigation, design and construction of the tunnel are introduced herein and the experiences can be as references to similar projects.
