摘要

Abstract

After considering the topographic and geological conditions, inundation and resettlement, environmental impact,water resources utilization, investment and economic indicators, the two-cascade development program is proposed for Changtan River, in which, the Gaixiaba Hydropower Station with a installed capacity of 132 MW and the Fanjiaping Hydropower Station with a installed capacity of 12.4 MW are selected as the first and second cascade development, and the total head is 203 m.The Gaixiaba Reservoir with regulating capacity of 181 million m3 has been under construction.
