摘要

Abstract

Because the shape and structure of Tianhuaban Arch Dam is more complex, the river bed is wider, the dam body will bear stronger restraints imposed by the foundation rock masses and dam abutments and the concrete in strong-restrained parts will be poured in hot season, the thermal stress of dam during the period of construction is very significant. By adopting finite element program to simulate the concrete construction process, including layered pouring, placing temperature, lift thickness and others, and considering concrete autogenous volume deformation and creep, the stress and temperature distribution in dam body are calculated. The temperature control principle of pre-embedded water cooling pipe in dam and taking water cooling as key way and others as supplements is determined, and the key positions of temperature control and its corresponding measures are also proposed based on the simulation.
