摘要

Abstract

Because the Tianhuaban RCC Arch Dam bears stronger restraints imposed by the rocks in dam foundation and two banks, and the concrete in strong-restrained zones will be poured in hot season, the temperature control is important.One of temperature control measures is laying water cooling pipes in dam body to cool the concrete with phased manner.The pipes are arranged in different zones according to the position and dam structure.The practice shows that the layout of water cooling pipe and the cooling programs can effectively control concrete temperature.
