Study on the structural control and property of the jasmine fragrant microcapsules
摘要
Abstract
The slow release microcapsules containing jasmine perfume core were synthesized by emulsion polymerization using melamine resin as capsule wall.The microcapsule structure was controlled by varying the technological factors.The optimum synthetic conditions of slow release jasmine fragrant microcapsules were obtained: pH value 4.5, 15.4％ of emulsifier, emulsified for 10 min using 16 000 r/min of shearing rate, the ratio of core and wall was 1 :1.The morphology characteristics of the microcapsules were observed by means of SEM.The structure of the jasmine fragrant and the encapsulation of the microcapsules were characterized by FTIR.The encapsulation rate of microcapsule was 82.4％ .关键词
