摘要

Abstract

According to the conservation law of energy and the principle of flow rate measurement, the numerical simulation of heat-dissipation type flow sensor was established by Fluent software in this paper. The process of turbulent heat transfer between sensor and fluid in the flow pipe was simulated, and the temperature distribution of the sensor was investigated under conditions of various flow velocities. The influences of the fluid temperature, package material of sensor, heating power and installation way on measurement accuracy and measurement range were analyzed. The present results could provide reference for design and optimization of thermal type flow sensor.
