Abstract
The methyl 2-keto-L-gulonate is generated by using 2-keto-L-gulonic acid (2-KLG) and methanol, then sodium carbonate is put in to produce sodium vitamin C. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of sodium carbonate on the conversion reaction are investigated. The results show that sodium carbonate can significantly improve the reaction conditions and improve the quality of sodium vitamin C. The yield of sodium vitamin C is increased from 92. 40% to 96.01 % at 62 ℃. Sodium carbonate is superior to sodium bicarbonate for conversion reaction.关键词
