Abstract
A measurement system for vibration displacement of the moving coil-rubber structure was set up using eddy current sensors technique.The vibration characteristics of system using rubber with Shore A hardness of 40 and 50 (40°and 50°) were studied respectively.The results show that the moving coil-rubber system can be considered as a single-degree-of- freedom system.For small distortion, the main resonance frequency rising gradient decreases with the pre-compression increasing.The effective band width of the system with 50° rubber is wider than that with 40° rubber.It is also found that the rubber's equivalent stiffness decreases with the increasing of the exciting signal.Under the condition of small initial distortion, distortion of the displacement wave can be reduced by increasing the rubber' s pre-compression.关键词
