Study on Blanking Noise of Servo Compressor with the Counterforce Applied on Punch' s Head
摘要
Abstract
A blanking experiment was done with counterforce applied to the punch' s head from the die under a servo press machine. The noise in the blanking process was measured and compared with that in general blanking process without counterforce. Results show that the blanking noise with the counterforce applied is 3.14dB lower than the noise in the general blanking process. This blanking process can be used in industrial manufacturing. It can largely reduce the noise in production and bring an effective improvement of working conditions.关键词
