摘要

Abstract

The resistance of 11 high-quality wheat cultivars promoted in Zhengzhou city to wheat powdery mildew was continually identified under natural condition from 2009 to 2010. Among 11 materials tested,no cultivar was immune or highly resistant to wheat powder mildew. The average disease index of Zhengmai 366 was 42.27 in 2009,and 15.18 in 2010,significantly lower than the contrastive cultivar(Zhengmai 9023), while the relative resistant disease index was 0.56 and 0.70,respectively,thus Zhengmai 366 belonged to mid-resistant cultivars. Zhoumai 18 and Zhengyumai 9987 were mid-susceptive cultivars. Zhoumai 23, Zhengnong 16, Yumai 34, Xinong 979, Xinmai 18,Zhengnong 17,Aikang 58 and Zhengmai 9023 were highly susceptive cultivars. It was suggested that Zhengmai 366, Zhoumai 18 and Zhengyumai 9987 should be popularized and applied in production.
