摘要

Abstract

Using straw bioreactor to increase and maintain the temperature in the bio digester is an effective solution in cold area. The Orthogonal Test has been conducted with straw particle size, dosage of microbes, solid to liquid ratio as experimental parameters, and the optimum parameters were obtained as following: the straw particle size is lcm, the dosage of microbes is 0.6%, and the solid to liquid ratio is 1.Under this condition, the temperature could reach 65.6 ℃, during the experiment period, the average temperature in the bio digester is 28.2℃, the average gas yield is 0.264 m3/(m3·d).
