五子衍宗丸治疗少弱精子症的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of using Wuzi Yanzong Bolu in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia. Methods Ninety subjects with oligoasthenospermia were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group with sixty subjects received Wuzi Yanzong Bolu , control group with thirty subjects received Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Semen conventional and seminal plasma fructose content changes of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed. Results Sperm density, sperm motility and seminal plasma fructose content of the treatment group all had a significant difference after treatment (P ＜ 0.05). The effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wuzi Yanzong Bolu can improve the semen quality , increase the level of testosterone in oligoasthenospermia patients, and increase the pregnancy rate.关键词
