摘要

Abstract

Objective To determine the compounds in Swertia macrosperma C.B.Clark.Methods The.compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis.Results Nine compounds were isolated from 80% ethanol extract and their structures were elucidated as mangiferin (Ⅰ), 1-hydroxy-3,7, 8trimethoxyxanthone(Ⅱ), 1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone(Ⅲ), 1,7-dihydroxy-3, 8-dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅳ), 1,5,8 -trihydroxy -3 -methoxyxanthone( Ⅴ ), 1,7, 8 -trihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅵ),swertiamarin ( Ⅶ ), gentipicroside ( Ⅷ ), sweroside ( Ⅸ ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅳ and Ⅵ ~ Ⅸ were isolated from Swertia macrosperma C.B.Clark in first time.
