990例精神分裂症患者中医证候构成比分析
Analysis of 990 patients with Schizophrenia on syndromes composition ratio in TCM

Abstract
Objective To explore the composition ratio of the syndromes in TCM of Schizophrenia so as to establish a criterion of common TCM syndromes for Schizophrenia. Methods According to the ways of clinical epidemiology, differentiation and syndromes' indexes in TCM were investigated in 990 Schizophrenia patients in 10 investigative sites such as Hunan,Jiangsu and so on. Results There were 16 kinds of syndrome types in Schizophrenia. According to order of composition ratio, the first five syndrome types were phlegm-fire inter-harassing19.9％, cardiosplenic astheniall.9％, hepatocholic fire ll.l％, asthenic yin and excessive yang 9.6％ and hepatic stagnation disturbing spleen 8.6％. Conclusion The common TCM syndromes types of Schizophrenia are as followings: phlegm-fire inter-harassing, cardiosplenic asthenia, hepatocholic fire, asthenic yin and excessive yang and hepatic stagnation disturbing spleen,which is related, in total scores, to PANSS Scale.关键词
