小针刀扩新术治疗骨不连的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of akupotomye extensive therapy minimally invasive micro-fracture for nonunion.Method 26 patients with nonunion of tibia and humerus were stripped the end of fractures with akupotomye to form a new fracture, fixed with external fixation and guided to do exercise for limbs functional training.Results With the followed-up,20 patients with nonunion were cured.the healing time was 4～6 months, 5 improved and 1 invalid.Conclusions The akupotomye therapy for nonunion of the tibia and humerus is effective therapy with good effect, nearly no side effects and simple operation, which is accepted easily by doctors and patients.关键词
