啤酒废水污泥培养苏云金芽胞杆菌
Fermentation of Bacillus thuringiensis with brewery sewage
摘要
Abstract
Sewage from different brewery working procedure was provided as media to cultivate Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt). The chemical oxygen demand ( COD), pH, parameters of fermentation, and toxicity of sewage from urban sewage-digestive plant and brewery wastewater-digestive plant were investigated. It was showed that brewery wastewater/acidified wastewater + sludge was suitable media, which could produce 109 cfu · mL -1 spores. Compared to urban wastewater + sludge materials (D595 nm = 0.202), it had higher crystal compound (D595 =0.209) and shorter fermentation cycle with 18 -22.5 h. It would be good material for Bt biopesticide production.关键词
