60Co-γ射线诱变选育富硒酵母菌株
Breeding of Selenium-enriched Yeast Strains by Mutantion of 60Co Gamma Rays

Abstract
In this experiment, Candida utilis yeast was chosen as an original strain for screening selenium-enriched mutants. The suspension of organism was treated with 60Co gamma rays. A selenium-enriched mutant strain CU7 was obtained by screening using the methods of plate containing Na2SeO3 and shake-flask. The biomass of mutant strain reached 10.58 g/L. the total Se and Selenomethionine content of mutant strain, were respectively 2.01 and 2.44 times higher than that of the original strain. The ratio of selenomethionine in total Se increased from the 49.85 % to 61.59 %.In addition, the stability of mutant strain was good.关键词
