Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of paclitaxel liposome and paclitaxel in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods Sixty- two cases of breast cancer who accepted neoadjuvant chemotherapy were divided into two groups randomly, namely experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group were treated by paclitaxel liposome. While patients in control group were treated with paclitaxel. Clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates in this two groups were compared. Results Among the 62 cases, 61 ones were suitable for the evaluation of the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction. Difference between two groups was not significant. The two groups had no significant difference in the incidence of hematologic toxicity. In the peripheral nerve toxicity and allergic reactions, the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of paclitaxel liposome in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer is similar to that of paclitaxel. But the incidence rate of allergy and toxic effect of paclitaxel liposome is much lower than that of paclitaxel.关键词
