奈达铂联合替加氟治疗中晚期食管癌临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Nedaplatin (NDP) combined with Tegafur treatment in the advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Sixty- seven patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated. The treatment schedule consisted of NDP 20 mg/d iv;Tegafur 1 000 mg/d iv, repeated for 21 days. Every patient received over 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Results The average treatment courses were 3.17. The overall response rate was 46.27％, including 0 case of CR, 31 eases o f PR, 21 cases of NC and 15 cases of PD respectively. The major side-effect was bone marrow suppression. Conclusion The NDP and Tegafur combination has a palliative role in patients with advanced esophageal cancer.关键词
