重症手足口病早期实验室检查结果分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze and compare the early laboratory indicators in mild, severe cases of hand - foot - and - mouth disease, to provide the clinical basis for the therapy.Methods During April 2010 and August 2010, 112 hand-foot- and- mouth disease patients from our hospital were divided into mild type group (n = 106) and severe type group( n = 6).Clinical data on two groups, the initial laboratory indexes were analyzed retrospectively.Results Both groups of children with white blood cell count, blood glucose and creatine kinase measurement showed that children in severe type group had higher levels of the three indicators than children in mild type group, there was statistically significant difference(P＜ 0.01).Abnormal rate between two groups of children tested showed elevated ratio of white blood cells, blood sugar and creatine kinase were more obvious in severe type group than the patients in mild type group.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05 or P＜ 0.01).Conclusion White blood cell count, blood glucose and creatine kinase measurement are important indicators to differentiate mild and severe hand - foot -mouth diseases.Laboratory indexes can be used as primary screening indicators to determine severe hand- foot - and - mouth disease.关键词
