Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Simotang Oral Liquid on intestinal peristaisis function after gyneconological abdominal surgery. Methods Sixty - one patients who had undergone gynecological abdominal surgery were observed. They were randomly divided into treatment group of 31 patients and control group of 30 patients. All patients of the two groups were nursed carefully after gynecological abdominal surgery. The patients of the treatment group were treated with Simotang Oral Liquid (20 mL/time q 8 h) while the patients of the control group were treated as usual The restoration time of bowel sound and anal exhaust and the distention of the abdomen situation were observed. Results The restoration time of bowel sound and anal exhaust were significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group. (P＜0.01), the situation of the distension of the abdomen was obviously lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion Simotang Oral Liquid is able to promote the recovery of intestinal function and effectively prevent the distersion of the abdomen after gynecological abdominal surgery.关键词
